Caldicot Rugby Ltd - AGM 

Thursday 27th April 2023 8pm at Caldicot RFC, Longfellow Road, Caldicot

• Existing committee members who wish to be re-elected will need to inform the club secretary at least seven days prior to the meeting.
• We are keen to increase the number of active committee members with representation from all sections of the club. Anybody who would like to join the committee will need to be a current club member and be nominated and seconded by a member.

• The company directors will need to be elected at the meeting. In line with our Articles of Association we can appoint up to five directors who will then be registered with Companies House. The directors will be the duty holders for the company and have a legal and financial responsibility if any problems should arise. Anybody who would like to become a Company Director will need to be a current club member and be nominated and seconded. Current Directors who wish to continue 
will need to be re-elected at the meeting.

• In line with WRU guidance and in the interest of promoting diversity, nominations for both directors and committee members from female members would be very welcome.

Nominations for directors and committee members will need to be received by the club secretary on or before Thursday 13th April via one of the following methods:
