Caldicot RFC will be open from 16th July at the following times until further notice:

Thursday -  6pm until 9pm
Friday       -  7pm until 11pm
Saturday  -  3pm until 11pm

In view of the current restrictions the following guidelines must be followed at all times:

• Members and guest who have symptoms associated with Covid-19 or have been in contact with anybody who is displaying symptoms should not visit the club.
• On arrival we ask one member of your group to complete a Track and Trace Document and post it in the box provided. This information will be retained for 21 days.
• In order to minimise the risk to staff customers should take all used glasses to the collection point either before leaving or before ordering more drinks.
• All drinks must be consumed outside at the tables.
• A queuing system with 2 meter social distancing must be adhered to when ordering drinks at the bar. A one way system will be in operation and all users are asked to comply with the guidance provided.
• The club toilets will be open but will operate on a strictly one in one out basis. 
• Members and guests will be responsible for their own safety when outside the club buildings. We ask that you make every effort to comply with the distancing guidance. The maximum number of people sitting on a picnic bench/table should be four or part of the same household / bubble.
• Contactless payment is encouraged whenever possible.
• All drinks will be sold at members prices until further notice so that the presentation of membership cards is not necessary.
• Hand sanitation materials are provided at key locations throughout the club. This should be used frequently. 
• Doors within the club will be left open in order to eliminate the need for contact. Please do not close doors when entering and leaving the building.
• The safety of our bar staff is a key concern. Please comply with any requests that they make. The club will be closed if they feel that their safety is being compromised. 

Anybody who fails to comply with the guidance will be respectfully asked to leave the premises.
