Our home matches last weekend were preceded by a minute’s silence in recognition of Ian Shuttleworth who passed away suddenly after a short illness.

Ian has been club treasurer and a member of the executive committee for over fourteen years and his hard work and enthusiasm will long be remembered in Caldicot. He was well respected within the club and did much more than carrying out the duties that are associated with financial management.

Ian was always supportive of club members, always positive and his will be a very hard act to follow.

We would like to extend our deepest sympathy to Alison and family at this sad time.
